By accessing and using SoraPrompt AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SoraPrompt AI provides an AI-powered prompt generation tool for creating structured prompts for video generation AI models. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with different features and usage limits.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Credits and Subscriptions
Free Plan: New users receive 30 free credits upon signup. Each credit allows one prompt generation.
Pro Subscription ($9.9/month): Includes 500 credits per month, access to premium AI models, and all prompt styles.
Pay as You Go: Purchase 100 credits for $4.9. Credits never expire.
Credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between accounts.
5. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed securely through Creem.io. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until period end
- No refunds for partial months or unused credits
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Create content promoting violence, hate speech, or explicit material
- Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
- Share your account or resell the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of prompts you generate. However, SoraPrompt AI retains all rights to the Service, its technology, design, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated prompts will meet your specific needs
- Results will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose
9. Limitation of Liability
SoraPrompt AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
